For Pediatric Care

We are able to bill the following insurances: Washington state Apple Health (straight medicaid, Molina, coordinated care, Wellpoint, United), Aetna, Cigna, Regence, United , Premera and Tricare. Insurances with which we are not contracted are Community Health Plan (medicaid).

If you are on United Health Care community plan (UHC medicaid), please call the insurance plan to add Dr Rose as your child's PCP. This is necessary in order for payment to come through appropriately.

If you are currently on Community Health Plan and wish to work with Dr Rose, you can call the state and ask to switch to another plan. This shift will take affect the following calendar month. 

For self-pay we offer a 10% discount compared to the billed rate for private insurances and can print a superbill to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement.

For medical care, we are able to take payments by cash, check or debit/credit cards.

For Energy Work

Cost for sessions are $150 for about an hour. Sessions for children are generally 30-45 minutes and will be pro-rated based on time spent.

For energy sessions, we are able to take payments by cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.
